In-store/curbside pickup is available for most purchases. Pickups are available daily with appointments.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Available at the following rates, and may subject to change periodically by the carriers.
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $9 single item
USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) - $28 single item
UPS Next Day Air Saver - $39 single/first item, $10 per additional item
UPS 2nd Day Air - $18 single/first item, $8 per additional item

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivered date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please submit a return inquiry to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
We will process your refund or exchange after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
